MyViralVideo AI collects the information needed to create and manage your account, including your name, email address, password hash, plan, and usage information such as projects, uploads, processing status, and exports.

When you upload or import a video, we store the source file, generated thumbnails/previews, transcripts or caption segments, AI selection metadata, prompts you provide, and rendered MP4 exports so the product can process, preview, and download your clips.

We use this data to provide the service, operate background video processing, improve reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain account and billing records.

We use service providers for hosting, database, storage, video processing, transcription, AI planning, analytics, support, and payments. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

We do not sell customer videos or account data. We do not use customer uploads to train AI models unless a customer explicitly opts in to that use in a future product setting.

Videos and exports are private by default. Access is limited to the account owner and authorized server-side systems. Download and preview links are issued through authenticated routes or time-limited signed URLs.

We keep account data while your account is active and keep project files while they are needed to provide the product, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Permanent deletion workflows are planned and should be finalized before broad public launch.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting support. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, tax, or abuse-prevention reasons.

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected by the Last updated date on this page.
