What happens if I run out of monthly videos?+
Uploads will pause until your next billing cycle, or you can upgrade in one click. Existing exports remain available — your renders never expire.
Do you offer a free trial of Pro or Business?+
The Free plan is permanent — no time limit. We do not offer a separate trial of Pro or Business; instead, both plans can be cancelled at any time and you keep the renders you already produced.
How does the watermark work on the Free plan?+
A small ClipForge AI mark is placed in a non-distracting corner of every export. It is automatically removed when you upgrade to Pro or Business — no need to re-render existing projects.
Do you support team billing or invoicing?+
Yes — Business plans include team seats and a single consolidated invoice. We can also provide custom invoicing for annual plans on request.
