Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Kiwi Learn Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of MyViralVideo AI, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services.
MyViralVideo AI is a software-as-a-service application that turns videos you upload or import from a URL into short social-media clips using artificial intelligence, and can generate AI thumbnail images. This includes transcription, AI moment-selection, auto-captions, and vertical cropping.
This policy applies to everyone who uses MyViralVideo AI, including visitors, free users, and paid subscribers, wherever they are located. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information we collect
We collect the information described below so we can provide and operate the service. Some of it you give us directly, and some is generated automatically when you use MyViralVideo AI.
- Account data: your email address, your name, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Content: the videos you upload or import from a URL, and everything our AI generates from them, including short clips, thumbnails, captions, and transcripts.
- Usage and analytics events: information about how you interact with the service, such as which features you use, the actions you take (for example, running an analysis or generating a thumbnail), and your plan activity.
- Payment data: your subscription payments are handled by Stripe. We store only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your current plan status. We do NOT store your full card number or other complete card details.
- Technical data: your IP address, device and browser information, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to protect your account.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the service, including your account, dashboard, and stored projects.
- To run the AI processing pipeline that transcribes your video, selects moments, generates captions and vertical crops, and creates thumbnail images.
- To handle billing, manage your subscription, apply your plan limits, and process payments and refunds through Stripe.
- To keep the service secure and to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
- To provide customer support and respond to your questions and requests.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service, including understanding how features are used so we can make them better.
Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information only when we have a valid legal basis to do so. Depending on the situation, our legal bases are:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the service you signed up for, run your video and thumbnail requests, and manage your subscription.
- Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve and maintain our features, in a way that does not override your rights and freedoms.
- Consent: where we ask for it, for example for optional processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to comply with laws that apply to us, such as tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements.
How we share information and our sub-processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers ("sub-processors") that help us run MyViralVideo AI, and only as needed for the purposes below. Each of these providers is required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
We may also share information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
- Supabase: database hosting and encrypted file storage for your account data and content.
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.
- OpenAI: AI thumbnail image generation.
- Google Gemini: AI analysis and moment/clip suggestions.
- Groq: speech-to-text transcription of your videos.
- Railway: video processing and rendering.
- Vercel: hosting of the application.
- Resend: sending transactional emails, such as account and billing notifications.
International data transfers
MyViralVideo AI is a global service, and our sub-processors operate in different countries. As a result, your personal information may be processed in the United States and in other locations outside your home country, including outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
When we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, together with the contractual protections our sub-processors provide.
Data retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward so we can meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs.
When you delete your account, or when you make a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize your personal information, including your uploaded videos and the clips, thumbnails, and transcripts generated from them, except where we are required to retain certain records by law. Backups are purged in the ordinary course of our backup cycle.
Your rights — GDPR (EU/UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights over your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your personal information.
- Portability: receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or ask us to transfer it where technically feasible.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we process your information in certain circumstances.
- Objection: object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you previously gave, at any time, without affecting processing that already took place.
- Complain: lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Your rights — CCPA/CPRA (California users)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the following rights:
- Know: request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and share it.
- Delete: request that we delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing": we do NOT sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing and securing the service, so no separate limitation is required.
- Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights, and we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you did.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where the law allows it.

If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@futureminds.io and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

- Password hashing: passwords are stored only as secure cryptographic hashes, never in plain text.
- Access controls: we limit access to personal information to what is needed to operate the service, and we rely on the security controls of our infrastructure providers.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service, our sub-processors, or the law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or within the service.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of MyViralVideo AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
