Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for MyViralVideo AI, operated by Kiwi Learn Inc.. It applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through our website.

MyViralVideo AI turns your uploaded or URL-imported videos into short social-media clips using AI (transcription, moment selection, auto-captions, and vertical cropping) and can generate AI thumbnail images. Paid access is offered on Pro and Business plans, billed monthly or annually through Stripe.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. When you subscribe, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the plan you chose.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every year.

• Free: 1 video (one AI analysis) and 1 thumbnail per month.
• Pro: $24 per month or $228 per year.
• Business: $99 per month.
• A "video" means one AI analysis; re-cuts of an already-analyzed video are free. Thumbnails draw from a separate monthly credit pool.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Open Settings and use the billing / customer portal link to manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

When you cancel, we stop all future charges. You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that, your account moves to the Free plan.

Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund for the current period. We do not refund partial or unused periods on cancellation. If you are within 14 days of a charge, see the money-back guarantee below.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge, including a renewal charge. This applies to monthly and annual plans.

To request a refund, email us at info@futureminds.io from the address on your account, and tell us which charge you would like refunded. We will confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once processed, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunding a charge cancels the related subscription and ends paid access.

After the 14-day window

Once 14 days have passed since a charge, that charge is non-refundable, including for any unused portion of the period.

You can still cancel at any time to prevent future charges. You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

EU / UK consumer note

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is designed to meet or exceed this cooling-off right.

Because MyViralVideo AI is digital content and a service supplied immediately, by starting to use the service during this period you acknowledge that your statutory right to withdraw may be affected once the service has been fully performed. In practice, our 14-day money-back guarantee gives eligible consumers a full refund on request within the 14-day window regardless.

Exceptions & abuse

We offer refunds in good faith and expect the same in return. We may decline or limit a refund where we reasonably believe the request involves fraud, chargeback abuse, violation of our Terms, or a pattern of repeated subscribe-refund activity.

Where legally required, your statutory consumer rights still apply and are not affected by this section.
