Terms of Service
Last updated May 18, 2026
Effective date: May 18, 2026. These terms are a launch-readiness draft and should be reviewed by the company owner or legal counsel before paid public launch.
By creating an account or using MyViralVideo AI, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
You keep ownership of the videos, prompts, captions, and other content you upload. You grant MyViralVideo AI the limited permission needed to store, process, transcribe, analyze, render, preview, and deliver that content back to you.
You represent that you have the rights, licenses, and permissions needed to upload and process your content, including rights for any people, music, brands, or third-party material that appears in the video.
You may not upload content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, malicious, or intended to interfere with the service. We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AI-generated selections, captions, summaries, and edit plans may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing final exports before publishing them.
Paid plan, billing, refund, and cancellation terms must match the final Stripe configuration and pricing page before launch. Until billing is live, any pricing language in the product should be treated as product positioning rather than an active paid subscription contract.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during beta. We work to keep processing reliable, but we do not guarantee that every upload, import, AI analysis, or render will complete successfully.
These terms may be updated as the product, plans, and legal structure change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
